ATTIVA 75 is a 75 day guided discipline challenge designed to build consistency structure and mental resilience. This is not a weight loss guarantee or a personalized coaching program. Success in ATTIVA 75 comes from daily execution not perfection. By enrolling you agree to follow the core rules below to the best of your ability for the full 75 days.
CORE RULES
DAILY MOVEMENT
Complete a daily workout, about 45 minutes in length. Workouts may include ATTIVA large group or Reformer Pilates classes, workouts in the app, or any other intentional workout. Stretching alone does not count as a workout.
HYDRATION
Drink 1 gallon of water per day (126 oz). . Alcohol is not permitted during the 75 days.
MINDSET & EDUCATION
Read 10 pages per day of a nonfiction personal development or educational book.
NUTRITION
Follow a structured nutrition approach with no cheat meals. A sample nutrition plan is provided for guidance only. You are responsible for choosing foods that align with your goals and needs. Mindful flexible eating is encouraged over restriction.
WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY
Take one progress photo and update measurements once per week. Photos are for personal accountability and do not need to be shared unless you choose.
