Personal Training Policies & Procedures

  • Personal training clients must hold an active ATTIVA membership. 

  • Reservations are required for each personal training appointment. Reservations can be made via MindBody, in-person at the front desk, or by calling/texting (475) 321-3454. 

  • Cancellations must be made via MindBody or contacting our front desk at (475) 321-3454 via phone call or text. Cancelling 8 hours or more in advance of appointment start time will not count against the client's current package. Cancellations less than 8 hours in advance will result in a No Show and a used session from their current personal training package.

  • Unused personal training sessions will expire after 1 year from purchase.

  • We will notify clients who have 1 session remaining on their current personal training package. We kindly ask if you wish to continue personal training, that your next unpaid session is purchased via MindBody or in-person at our front desk within 12 hours of appointment start time. If the sessions remains unpaid, we will communicate appointment cancellations via MindBody and email. 

  • The personal training schedule is created by season (3 months at a time). Clients have the ability to request reoccurring appointments for each season. Clients will receive an email from our scheduling manager to make their requests.
