Membership Policies & Procedures

  • Memberships must be established in person at the front desk. 

  • Memberships are auto-charged on a monthly basis, but may be cancelled at any time. See below for cancellation details.

  • Please see the 'Memberships' page for Gold & Platinum membership benefits.

  • All members must sign a liability waiver upon establishing their membership. 

  • All equipment must be put back after use. 

  • All guests must be registered and recorded at the front desk upon entry. First time guests must sign a liability waiver.

  • Sharing gym access with a nonmember, exceeding 2 monthly guests, is not permitted. 

  • SilverSneakers clients are not permitted to bring guests. 

  • Each member must respect other gym users and behave in an appropriate manner at all times.

  • The ATTIVA staff reserves the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and conditions of membership. 

  • Upgrading or downgrading a membership may happen on a monthly basis. Changes will be put into effect on the next billing cycle. 

  • Membership cancellations must be made in person at the front desk. Please allow 14 days to process the cancellation. If your next monthly billing date is within the 14 day period, you will be charged for the next month and allowed access for the month that you've paid.
