BodyWise Training

What is BodyWise Training?

BodyWise Training is designed to teach you how to stick to a regular workout split, properly utilize machines, and the principles of progressive overload: gradual increase of the weight, frequency, or number of repetitions in your strength routine. This challenges your body and allows your musculoskeletal system to get stronger.

For the month of May, we are offering two different programs - BodyWise Classic and Build A Booty! BodyWise Classic covers all major muscle groups while Build A Booty is designed to help you solely grow and strengthen the glutes! Both programs last 4 weeks, starting the week of May 6th. 

Coached sessions (sessions supervised by a personal trainer, schedule below) are offered daily at 6AM throughout the month and 6PM sessions on Week 1. We encourage all participants to complete the workouts at whatever time works for you, but it is helpful to attend the coached sessions to answer questions and demonstrate exercises. 

Mondays: Back, Biceps & Shoulders (BodyWise Classic)
Tuesdays: Gluteus Maximus (Build A Booty)
Wednesdays: Chest, Triceps, Core (BodyWise Classic)
Thursdays: Gluteus Medius & Gluteus Minimus (Build A Booty)

Fridays: Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes & Calves (BodyWise Classic)
(All sessions are 60 mins)

Each participant will receive a workout binder to keep track of each workout, weights used, and rep count. Each week you will challenge yourself to maintain or increase your weights used or rep count - anything to create progressive overload, and truly get stronger! The workout binders contain each workout to make it easy to complete it on your own if you are unable to make the coached sessions.
