Group Fitness Policies & Procedures

Reservations are required for each group fitness class. Reservations can be made via the ATTIVA app or in-person at the front desk.

Classes with less than 3 registered participants may be cancelled by discretion of the instructor. Cancellations will be communicated no later than 90 minutes prior to class start time via email/text.

Unlimited group fitness classes are included in the Platinum membership. Unlimited SilverSneakers classes are included with a SilverSneakers membership. Gold members, guests of members, or SilverSneakers members taking a non-SilverSneakers class will be charged a $15 drop-in fee for each class. This is payable on the ATTIVA app or at the front desk.

Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid a No Show.

Platinum members will be charged $5 for No Shows. Gold members or guests who No Show will not be refunded their drop in fee.

If a member registers for a waitlist, the responsibility is on the member to manage their reservation. If a spot is made available up to 2 hours before class starts, you will be automatically bumped in. You can manage your contact preferences on your account to receive texts and emails regarding your reservations.
